Products
We take reasonable care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Screen settings can affect how colours appear. Because items are 3D printed, small layer lines and minor surface variations are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process and are not faults unless they materially affect the product's description, safety or intended use.
Product dimensions and compatibility information should be checked before ordering. Props, cards, sleeves, devices and other items shown in photographs are not included unless the product description says they are.
Orders and our contract
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We will acknowledge receipt, but a binding contract is formed when we accept and begin processing the order or dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance if a product is unavailable, information or pricing is clearly incorrect, payment is not authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel after taking payment, we will refund the affected amount.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Taxes and delivery charges are displayed where applicable before you complete checkout. Payment must be authorised using a method offered at checkout.
Custom and personalised work
For personalised or made-to-specification products, you are responsible for checking names, wording, dimensions, colours, links and other supplied details. Production may begin after we accept the order or approve a proof. You confirm that you have permission to use any logo, image, design, trade mark or other material you provide to us and that our use of it to fulfil your order will not infringe another person's rights.
We may refuse content that is unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, misleading or infringes third-party rights. Custom work may not qualify for change-of-mind cancellation; see our Refund & Returns Policy.
Delivery
Processing, delivery, delays and international charges are explained in our Shipping Policy. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Your cancellation and return rights are explained in our Refund & Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights, including your rights where goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, use it for unlawful activity, or submit false or fraudulent orders.
Website content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the NathanPrints name, site design, original text, photographs and other original website content belong to us or are used with permission. You may view the site and make purchases for personal or legitimate business use, but you may not copy or commercially exploit our content without permission.
Third-party services
Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, delivery and technology providers. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy notices. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not make us responsible for their content.
Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of your statutory consumer rights. Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in law, our products or how the store operates. The terms in force when you place an order will apply to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory rights and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
Severability
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply.
